 Gipsy Rose was born in 2008. She is sired by Rosentanz, who has been trained in Germany for quite a few years. He is now in Denmark and is being trained by Michael Søgaard. Rosentanz represents the R-bloodline through his sire Rohdiamant.
On the mothers side both the D- and R-bloodline can be found through Diamond Hit and Heslegaards Rubin. Gipsy's mother Springborgs Givenchy was approved for RDH and passed her riding test with a score of 789 point. Givenchy was selected for the Danish Warmblood eliteshow as a 2- and 3-year old.
At the foal show Gipsy Rose scored 9 for type, trot and overall impression; 8 for walk and canter. She was selected for the final and received a special prize. Furthermore she was a reserve for the eliteshow.
